Principal Engineer – Unified Endpoint Managment

Key Responsibilities:

• Help develop Cloud Strategies using experience in Device Management and Security
• Assist clients accelerate their cloud adoption with the design and deployment of SCCM/Intune Device Co-management
• Understand and strategies migration of 3rd party MDM/MAM framework to Intune.
• Manage software distribution including Microsoft Security upgrades and standard desktop software on a global basis. Prioritize and coordinate security patch and software testing schedules and distributions.
• Create packages, collections, and advertisements for distributions.
• Investigate and solve issues with Configuration Manager Client on endpoints.
• Troubleshoot, administer, and remediate SCCM server infrastructure.
• Responsible for architecture, design, installation/implementation, and configuration of Intune Profiles/ policies.
• Deployment of other Microsoft cloud technologies such as Azure AD, RMS, SSO, MFA, Device write back.
  Work with customers to take ownership of projects for delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to the delivery teams.
• Work with customers to architect modern Desktop/Device management solutions using Windows 10/ Android/ iOS with Intune and SCCM in a hybrid deployment model.
• Stay abreast of latest in technologies and provide thought leadership.
• Ability to lead workshops with clients.
• Supporting Proof of Concept for new services/technologies

Key Skills Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Intune environment as part of Microsoft Modern Desktop Administration.
• Experience in supporting or administrating Intune environments in aspects of PC management, Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management
• Experience in designing and configuring Intune policies (device, application, email, conditional access, password management, etc.)
• Experience with designing and configuring relevant Intune policies for BYOD, CYOD or COPE scenarios.
• Experience with co-management (Intune + SCCM/MEM) as part of modern device management transformation
• Experience with supporting multiple scenarios based on device identities (Azure AD vs Hybrid Azure AD vs On-prem).
• Creation of provisioning profiles, configurations & security profiles, and deployment to managed client devices
  Experience with Intune based reporting reflecting compliance, application protection, audit logs and trends.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot as a modern OS deployment solution.
• Some scripting skills in PowerShell (Python also counts).
• Expertise in Windows 10 Deployment Rings and application management to ensure software updates are implemented network-wide in a timely manner.
• Configuration of Windows Autopilot, deployment of OS upgrades and application along with MDM, MAM, MCM policies.
• Understanding of SSO and MFA technologies for SaaS applications.
• Understanding of Azure AD Connect and Azure AD directory service for managing cloud identity.
• Application onboarding, provisioning & deployment via Intune platform. Good knowledge on application packaging and MSI technologies.

Experience required:

• 12 + years of overall experience in IT Industry.
• 3-5 years in SCCM, Microsoft Intune, WSUS.
• 2-3 years operating system concepts – Active Directory, Group Policy, Device Security, OS Internals.
• 2 years in Microsoft Defender Endpoint Security.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelors in computer application/computer science, B. Tech. (IT), MCA, MTech in Computer Science.
• Microsoft Certification in relevant stack.
