Position Summary:

Netwoven is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Engagement Manager to drive business growth while ensuring the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Applications and Applied AI solutions. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, helping organizations modernize ERP and business operations, and adopt AI-assisted delivery practices that accelerate outcomes, as part of Netwoven's Business Apps practice.

The ideal candidate combines strong consulting, functional/technical, project management, and sales skills to lead customer engagements from opportunity identification and solution strategy through project delivery and ongoing account growth. Working closely with clients, sales teams, solution architects, and globally distributed delivery teams (US and India), you will be responsible for understanding business challenges, developing solution roadmaps, managing project execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Success in this role requires the ability to build and nurture client relationships, identify new business opportunities, lead discovery and transformation workshops, develop project estimates and proposals, and oversee the delivery of complex ERP consolidation, migration, and business application projects. You will also contribute to practice development, thought leadership, webinar presentations, and service innovation initiatives that strengthen Netwoven's Business Applications practice.

What You’ll Do

• Run Business Central implementations, migrations (GP, NAV, on-premises) and multi-company consolidations end to end: plan, schedule, RAID log, status, change orders, go-live.
• Lead discovery and requirements workshops, and turn what you hear into scoped work with clear timelines.
• Own the budget and the client relationship. Spot follow-on work and bring it to the sales team.
• Coordinate US and India delivery teams, plus ISV and integration partners (payables, treasury, payroll, banking).
• Use AI in your daily delivery: meeting notes into status reports, requirements drafts, test scripts, data mapping. Help the team adopt what works.
• Support estimates and proposals with the sales and architecture teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years on ERP implementation projects, including 2+ years leading them as a project or engagement manager.
• Hands-on experience with Business Central, NAV, GP, or F&O. Strong project managers from NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, or SAP Business One are welcome to apply.
• Working knowledge of finance and operations processes: GL, AP, AR, inventory, and data migration.
• Experience running delivery with offshore or distributed teams.
• You use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in your project work today, and can show us how.
• PMP, CAPM, or Microsoft MB-800 certification.
• Agile or Scrum delivery experience.
• Exposure to Power Platform or Azure integrations.
• Experience writing or presenting on ERP or AI topics.
