Roles & Responsibilities
Netwoven is a Microsoft Solutions Partner founded in 2001. We are headquartered in Pleasanton, California, with a Global Delivery Center in Kolkata, India. We help organizations get more from Microsoft across business applications, Microsoft 365, security and compliance, data and AI.
We use AI in how we scope, build and support our clients' systems, not only in what we sell.
The Role
This role will own and drive growth for our Business Applications practice, focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-powered solutions. You will be responsible for the sales target, pipeline development, channel relationships, and converting opportunities into meaningful client engagements.
Working closely with our established delivery team, company sales organization, and channel partners, you will help clients understand how Microsoft Business Applications and AI can improve finance, operations, sales, and service outcomes. A key part of the role is identifying practical, measurable AI use cases and turning them into successful projects that deliver business value.
The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of Microsoft’s Business Applications and AI ecosystem, understands how AI and agents can be applied to ERP and CRM data, and can confidently communicate both the business value and practical considerations of AI to CFOs, COOs, and other senior leaders. They will also understand the importance of data quality, security, governance, and measurable outcomes when taking AI solutions from proof of concept through production.
Key areas of ownership include:
- Growing revenue and pipeline across Dynamics 365, Business Central, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related AI solutions.
- Leading with AI in client conversations and identifying high-value business use cases.
- Developing opportunities through direct sales, internal sales collaboration, and channel partnerships.
- Working closely with delivery leadership to shape solutions that are commercially viable and deliver measurable client outcomes.
- Helping clients progress AI initiatives from initial proof of concept to production and ongoing managed solutions.
- Using AI in day-to-day sales activities, including account research, proposals, opportunity development, and forecasting.
- Explaining complex AI, ERP, and CRM concepts in clear business terms to executive stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Business Applications practice sales targets, including bookings, revenue, pipeline, forecasting, and growth.
- Build and expand relationships with Microsoft and channel partners, including Microsoft-funded assessments and AI proof-of-concept opportunities.
- Generate new business through targeted campaigns, outreach, partner channels, and strategic account development.
- Lead pursuits and close deals with CFOs, COOs, finance, and operations leaders.
- Develop account plans for existing clients focused on renewals, expansion, AI adoption, and support.
- Take packaged offerings to market, including Dynamics 365 and Business Central migrations, multi-entity finance and consolidation, AI readiness, and AI agent solutions, with an initial focus on manufacturers and organizations navigating acquisitions.
- Partner with the Delivery Leader to ensure proposals are properly scoped, estimated, staffed, and commercially viable.
- Price deals within margin rules agreed with the Delivery Leader.
- Own the practice scorecard and lead monthly business reviews to track pipeline, bookings, revenue, and margin.
- Within the first 90 days: establish account plans for named accounts and take ownership of running the practice scorecard.
- Within the first 12 months: deliver bookings and pipeline performance against plan.
Requirements
