Improving CRM experience with Microsoft Dynamics

I worked with Netwoven on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation project. Our firm had utilized three different CRMs over the course of 10 years and we had never seen positive user acceptance of our past systems. Going into the project we knew it would be an uphill battle to implement a system that worked for our unique sales process and implement a system that our users were willing to utilize.
