Associate Director – Data and Analytics

Netwoven is seeking an experienced Associate Technical Director with a strong background in Data Warehouse and Engineering. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing and executing large, complex, and global cloud infrastructure and security projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams in the USA and India, and clients globally to understand requirements and create Statements of Work (SOW).
• Create professional Microsoft PowerPoint slides for sales presentations and workshops.
• Conduct workshops with clients during the sales process or project delivery.
• Lead the delivery of global data engineering and data science projects.
• Gather requirements from customers during proposal development or project delivery.
• Provide guidance Data Warehouse and Engineering solutions as a SME to clients.
• Assist in technical architectural work in complex infrastructure & security projects.
• Contribute to technical content writing in the form of blogs, whitepapers, data sheets, and other types of assets for our website.
• Assist in practice competency development and bring the value proposition of new technologies to the organization.
• Manage direct resources and their careers by providing guidance, performance reviews, and training.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing and executing large, complex, and global cloud infrastructure and security projects.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills when working with both business and technical teams.

Technical skills

• Must have delivered multiple medium to large-scale data-driven solutions with Microsoft Azure/Fabric, Databrick, Snowflake, or similar technologies with clients having a global presence.
• Must have a working knowledge of all Microsoft data products like ADF, Fabric, Power BI, and other related Azure products. Familiarity with CAF/WAF is valuable.
• Prior experience working in large-scale database migration will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

• Must have overall work experience of 20+ years in the IT industry and Microsoft products delivery experience of 10+ years.
• Must have experience working with clients in the USA.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s in computer application / computer science, B.E./B. Tech. (IT), MCA, M. Tech in Computer Science.
