Netwoven is looking for a Sales Manager with hands-on experience of 5-10 years in Sales for US market.
Responsibilities:
Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales and gross profit goals for the US market, Meet sales targets for
Microsoft Solutions, products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their
business needs and align Microsoft solutions to meet those needs effectively. - Identify and approach managed services potential customers
- Experience in structuring out the budget for IT outsourcing
- Work with our Delivery team to define & enhance existing Managed Services offerings to
maintain relevance/competitiveness to capture additional market share - Act as the POC for our clients in Managed Services & G365 space for future business and
relationship management - Negotiate and manage complex sales-cycles and present proposals to US customers
- Stay up to date with Microsoft's product and service offerings, ensuring the ability to articulate the
value proposition and benefits to customers. - Effectively manage sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
deals. Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. - Collaborate with Microsoft partners and internal teams to drive sales, resolve customer issues,
and ensure successful customer implementations. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify
new opportunities and strategies. - Generate and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales, preferably in the Consulting salesselling Microsoft products
and services. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft's product and service portfolio.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Should have a prior experience in Tele - marketing.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM sales, Software Product sales.
- Developing and managing a small team of SDRs.
- Technical sales experience which includes (IT Infrastructure, Managed Services)
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
Education/Training/Certifications Desired:
• BTech/ B.E or post Grad with a technical background.
