Netwoven is looking for an experienced “Associate Director” with proven experience in large, complex and Global Cloud Infrastructure and Security projects. The person is responsible for project delivery to the clients of Netwoven, ensuring that the project is managed and executed successfully with minimal risk and on budget.
You will work closely with the delivery team in India, sales team in USA, Delivery team in USA, and clients in USA or India depending on the geography of the client.
Following are the roles and responsibilities of this role:
- Work with sales team in USA and client in USA to understand requirements and create Statements of work (SOW)
- Able to create professional Microsoft PowerPoint slides for sales as well as workshops.
- Work with clients in USA and conduct workshops either during the sales process or during delivery.
- Lead delivery of global infrastructure and security projects with teams in both USA and India
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage project budget to ensure delivery of projects on or under budget.
- Gather requirements from customers either during proposal development or during project delivery.
- Provide guidance on Infrastructure & Security as Subject Matter expert to clients.
- Assist in technical architectural work in complex infrastructure & Security projects.
- Contribute technical content writing in the form of blogs, whitepapers, data sheets and other types of assets for our website.
- Assist in practice competency development, bring value proposition of new technologies to the organization.
- Manage direct resources and their careers by providing guidance, performance reviews, and training.
- Be a coach to the team.
- Must be able to work cross functionally with other practices and internal teams.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with senior members of Netwoven and clients.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must have disciplined and organized approach to work.
- Must be willing to take ownership and get things done.
The candidate must have the following technical skills:
- Must have delivered multiple medium to large scale M&A, Divestiture, Greenfield projects with clients having Global presence.
- Must have working knowledge of all Microsoft security products like Sentinel, Defender, Intune, Purview, and Entra ID
- Must have working knowledge of Azure infrastructure.
- Prior experience working in large scale infrastructure migration will be an added advantage.
- Must have strong foundation on Networking technologies.
Experience Required:
Must have overall work experience of 20+ years in the IT industry and Microsoft products delivery experience of 10+ years. Must have experience working with clients in USA.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s in computer application / Computer Science, B.E./B. Tech. (IT), MCA, M. Tech in Computer Science
